1.) What exactly is it that you do in the Adult Industry?
What company do you currently work for? What's your job title
or duties?
I
own and run an adult personals web site and numerous dating
resource sites and directories. As a founder of the site I am
responsible for almost everything, day-to-day operations, traffic
management, SEO, programming, design, customer support, etc.
2.) When did you actually get started in the industry?
I started in the adult industry in 2001 building and
selling AVS sites. A couple of months later I stumbled upon
a post on an adult message board about “adult personals”
made by Marsha. Started pushing adult personals on my AVS sites
(did absolutely great) !and 2 years later I built my own adult
personals web site. I’ll keep the name in secret for now,
he he. To date this is my main project. Affiliate program for
my site is in the works, so hopefully we can make money together
with you in near future.
3.) If you could change one thing about the Adult Industry
what would it be and why?
Tough
one.
4.) What advice would you offer to anyone that's just
starting out in the industry?
Network with other people! You can’t go wrong.
When I stated I didn’t know anyone in the industry and
now my ICQ list is as long as my desk. Read a lot. Message boards
(especially Rated Hot *wink*), articles, everything you can
get a hold of. Knowledge is GOLD. Make sure you know what you
are dealing with. I can’t say “Forget about get
quick rich with porn” because when I entered the industry
that time was long gone. Anything is possible and that where
there is a strong enough will, patience and persistence there
will always be a way.
5.) Tell us about any sites you might operate or that
you're most proud of.
I am proud to be co-founder and moderator of the best
webmaster related dating message board on the net, www.d8board.com!
A truly great joint venture with my fellow friends, the owners
of SexyAds.net!

What are your hobbies?
I don’t have any hobbies, but here’s what I really
like: The night life! Clubbing and partying with friends.
7.) Are you married? Have a girlfriend or boyfriend? Or
both? *giggle*
I am in deep shit, ugh, I meant love, with my girlfriend.
8.) How much time would you say you spend working in a
day and do you take regular vacations?
Up to 10 hours. I worked a lot more before but now I
have 2 programmers working with me and they do the major part
of the work. They write scripts for everything you can imagine,
crazy people! I take regular vacations because I really don’t
want to get burnt out and this is a very serious risk for us,
the hard working webmasters.
9.) Is there anything personal or professional that you
would like to add or that you would like others to know about
you?
I want to thank ALL the people who helped me on my way up. They
are sooo many and I’d have to use a couple more pages
to list them all and I am sure I’ll forget someone. But
I’ll mention the one I know in person… Maureen -
the owner of SexyAds. I really can’t imagine myself where
I am now without her constant help! THANK YOU ALL!
10.) What's the one thing you like best about Rated Hot?
Masterpiece. Rated Hot is one of the most friendly and
resourceful message boards for adult webmasters. That’s
why I visit it on an hourly basis (hourly!). How can I not when
there’s a lady like Marsha who gives hugs as much as new
porn sites are born daily, LOL!
