1.) What exactly is it that you do in the Adult Industry?
What company do you currently work for? What's your job title
or duties?
I'm the Marketing Director for the Erotica Cash and Herbal Bucks affiliate programs. I write tours, oversee new designs, help develop new projects, and assist webmasters in selling our sites. Outside of Erotica Cash, I also freelance and help other webmasters develop new sites or improve old ones. I write press releases, tour text, site reviews, amateur bios, etc. You name it, I've probably written it. And, as if that's not enough, I also run my own free sites and AVS sites
2.) When did you actually get started in the industry?
I got into the industry in 2000 I think. I started as a writer with Sintext doing amateur bios and eventually moved into doing more marketing-related site critiques.
3.) If you could change one thing about the Adult Industry
what would it be and why?
I'd take out all the liars and cheaters. Of course, then there'd only be a handful of honest webmasters left, so that would just mean more money for the rest of us :)
4.) What advice would you offer to anyone that's just
starting out in the industry?
Never let anyone convince you that there's something you can't do. Take risks and do what you want to the way you want to do it. I also believe in surrounding yourself with people that you can trust and who are friends that you actually enjoy working with.
5.) Tell us about any sites you might operate or that
you're most proud of.
There isn't just one. I've built a decent network of free sites and AVS sites that have been doing well. I'm also very proud of the work that I've done for other people. The reviews that I've written for Porn Inspector are some of my best work, I developed a lot of great Erotica Cash tours in conjunction with various designers, and now I'm part of the team on a reality site project that is coming together very well. So, I'm proud of it all.

What are your hobbies?
Hobbies? Is that what you do when you're not working? In that case, I don't really have any. I work a lot. But sometimes I find time to go clubbing, party too much and stay out way too late.
7.) Are you married? Have a girlfriend or boyfriend? Or
both? *giggle*
Never married. I'm the quintessential single girl. However, I've decided that I want to have my fantasy-wedding in Savannah, GA. I'm a true Southern-girl at heart I guess.
8.) How much time would you say you spend working in a
day and do you take regular vacations?
Well, I travel at the drop of a dime. I've been known to decide on a trip the night before and make it on a plane by the next morning. : But lately, most of my trips have been work-related. I work pretty much every day (including weekends) from about 9am - 12am, sometimes longer. Occasionally, I pamper myself with a massage and new shoes (I'm a high-heel fanatic).
9.) Is there anything personal or professional that you
would like to add or that you would like others to know about
you?
Getting to work people on projects that really matter to them makes me very happy. I like seeing a new concept become a reality. I really love what I do.
10.) What's the one thing you like best about Rated Hot?
Everyone at Rated Hot is soooooo friendly. Unlike a lot of other boards, there isn't a really mean boys club in place. It's also a very friendly space where people feel comfortable helping each other. I like that. Plus Marsha is just so darn sweet, she makes me *SMILE*.
