1.) What exactly is it that you do in the Adult Industry?
What company do you currently work for? What's your job title
or duties?
I
own and run a few TGP's and I also make galleries and freesites
and submit them to TGP's. I dabble in SEO. I also am a moderater
at Rated Hot.
2.) When did you actually get started in the industry?
I stared in this biz in 2002.
3.) If you could change one thing about the Adult Industry
what would it be and why?
What to change huh...hmmmmm. I would like to change
how much free porn people give away. I mean people think they
need to give hardcore away to make sales. I think you should
make the surfer pay to see the pink. But if not everyone doesn't
whats the point.
4.) What advice would you offer to anyone that's just
starting out in the industry?
WOW...good question.....Well being im still farly new...I
guess i can try and answer..
What
I would say is. If your just starting in this biz, make your
self a plan, read up on what diffrent things you can do and
pick something that intrests you. To many people jump into this
biz and think "hell I can sell porn how hard can it be"
well im here to tell ya ...its not easy. You need to have some
sort of plan , be it avs, freesites, gallerys, or even a paysite,
allways read up on what your doing first. Have a clue before
you start something for the first time. Allways ask questions
if you don't know the answer, don't just guess, casue that could
cost you in the long run. I guess thats the best advise i could
give to a newbie in this biz.
5.) Tell us about any sites you might operate or that
you're most proud of.
I operate Baxters's TGP. It is my flagship site out
of 5 that I have. I have been trying to brand all my sites so
the surfer might get to know my sites and know what to expect
from my sites.

What are your hobbies?
I like to sports cards, golf, sing kereoke, and play video game.
My favorite thing to do is spend time with my 5 yr old nephew,
he is great.
7.) Are you married? Have a girlfriend or boyfriend? Or
both? *giggle*
Nope not married, and no girlfriend.....and thats enough
about that question ...moving on :)
8.) How much time would you say you spend working in a
day and do you take regular vacations?
The time I spend online varys from time to time. Because
I work partime at the local bar, but when I do work its usally
about 6-8 hours a day updating sites and what not. Haven't really
had a vacation in awhile, but only time will tell on that one.
9.) Is there anything personal or professional that you
would like to add or that you would like others to know about
you?
I for the most part keep to myself, I have gone days with out
leaving the house. I like to be alone for the most part, but
there are days when I go to the coffee shop and get filled in
on the gossip. I live in a small town , and everybody knows
what you do before you do it it seems, so keeping to myself
makes my life happier. I hope to open up more like I used to
be, but for right now I'm happy and content with the way I am.
10.) What's the one thing you like best about Rated Hot?
I really can't say only one thing about Rated Hot. Because
it can't be discribed in just one thing. One of the things I
like is, the owner Marsha, She is a great lady and she would
bend over backwords for ya if ya needed her to....(speaking
of that where is my naked cartwheel pics..). The other thing
i would like to say is, Rated Hot is a place where you can go
and someone will help you.... not like these so called newbie
boards where the vetrens are there and only talk to people they
know in this biz....so Rated Hot by far is the best place to
meet people who arent stuck up and only talk to you if your
a somebody....Rated hot is a place where you can go and feel
welcome...and i like that feeling...:)
