1.) What exactly is it that you do in the Adult Industry?
What company do you currently work for? What's your job title
or duties?
I run the Brazilian office for InterHousing.com and TitanHousing.com and many other sites we currently have, so basically I do lots of different things all the time.
2.) When did you actually get started in the industry?
I first started playing around with my free site back in 97/98, but got really involved in 2002.
3.) If you could change one thing about the Adult Industry
what would it be and why?
I would like to change how the government handles our industry, they should respect us as serious business people. I know we have some bad apples that give us all the bad reputation in this biz, but how many "bad apples" do they have amongst them (politicians) ???
4.) What advice would you offer to anyone that's just
starting out in the industry?
My advice would be: Don't be shy! - Ask away, get yourself involved... there are many good people out there willing to help you for FREE. It's easy to get discouraged or frustrated when you're starting, specially if you don't have cash. Believe in yourself and in your goals.
5.) Tell us about any sites you might operate or that
you're most proud of.
Well, I am very proud of my Amateur Community site: www.ipostnaked.com I founded that site in the end of 2002. It's been fun! Right now I'm also starting a new project called SexFlog.com ( www.sexflog.com ). It's like a Blog, but with pictures. Members can keep their diary and post comments in other peoples SexFlogs. Other new projects in mind...

What are your hobbies?
Well, I like to go to nightclubs, drink, hangout with friends, go to the beach, play videogame, watch movies... and yes, stay online!
7.) Are you married? Have a girlfriend or boyfriend? Or
both? *giggle*
Was in a serious relationship that lasted 3 years, now I'm SINGLE all the way! :-)
8.) How much time would you say you spend working in a
day and do you take regular vacations?
In a day I work around 12 hrs, don't take regular vacations. Just came back from a week long vacation during the Brazilian Carnival, where we had some very special guests coming from Turkey, Germany and Holland! It was fun!
9.) Is there anything personal or professional that you
would like to add or that you would like others to know about
you?
Hmm... nothing comes to mind right now...
10.) What's the one thing you like best about Rated Hot?
I just love how friendly Rated Hot is, in my opinion, today RH is the most friendly board out there. The community spirit is all over the place! Marsha did a truly amazing job, and all the mods and people that around here are 100% friendly. A big THANK YOU for making Rated Hot what it is today!
