1.) What exactly is it that you do in the Adult Industry?
What company do you currently work for? What's your job title
or duties?
I founded and run Netbilling, Inc., an internet payment processing gateway and call center. As the president of the company I manage and oversee the daily activities but I focus most of my attention in sales, marketing and merchant relations.
2.) When did you actually get started in the industry?
We were very hesitant at first, but the money was a wonderful source of extra income, and I wanted to do something internet related, so it was the perfect opportunity for me. As webmasters ourselves we were looking for a billing company that met our needs and could not find one, so we decided to start our own. We did not want third party processing as the rates were/are too high and the fact that we wanted the control over our money and wanted daily deposits just like any merchant does. That is how Netbilling came about and has been our motto ever since.
3.) If you could change one thing about the Adult Industry
what would it be and why?
I do not like the way site operators take advantage and sometimes rip off the surfers.
4.) What advice would you offer to anyone that's just
starting out in the industry?
Starting out, you should have a form plan of how you will attempt to succeed and stick to it. Meet as many people as possible and attend as many events as you can. Networking is what this business is all ab out.
Maintain your business responsibly but never forget to have fun with it either. If you can be successful while enjoying it, there is not really much else you could ask for.

What are your hobbies?
Golf and camping are a couple of my favorites.
6.) Are you married? Have a girlfriend or boyfriend? Or
both? *giggle*
I am married to my beautiful best friend and business partner Sarah.
7.) How much time would you say you spend working in a
day and do you take regular vacations?
Running a successful company takes a lot of hard work so I couldn't even tell you how many hours in the average day I am doing business. I also attend a number of industry events each year. I try to get away on vacation when I can, spending time with my family is very important to me. Sometimes we put in 18 hour days and in the beginning, we did this regularly.
8.) What's the one thing you like best about Rated Hot?
Marsha is the best thing about rated hot!!! Second would be the other great people that hang out there.
