1.) What exactly is it that you do in the Adult Industry?
What company do you currently work for? What's your job title
or duties?
Damn
thats a hard question .. lol .. I do programming, design ,consulting
.. just about anything .. lets just call it web development
.. as for job titles i dont really have one since i work for
myself.
2.) When did you actually get started in the industry?
I started in 1998 more behind the scenes stuff .. doing
design .. then i started my own paysite ..which was actually
an interracial site .
3.) If you could change one thing about the Adult Industry
what would it be and why?
If i would change anything it would be the attitude
of most of the webmasters in this biz .. as if we dont already
have enough government issues to deal with .. webmasters are
always at each others throats... damn man there is enough $$$
in it for all of us.. nuff said !
4.) What advice would you offer to anyone that's just
starting out in the industry?
First thing im gonna say to them is dont expect to get
rich quick .. try to find your own niche and work hard at developing
your product/service and the $$$ will start rolling in.
5.) Tell us about any sites you might operate or that
you're most proud of.
Most sites i operate are tgp & directory sites specifically
in the ethnic niches (Ebony,Latina..etc ) i have my own l'il
adult resource site which i hardly ever pay attention to http://www.xesmedia.com
.. lately ive been developing a thumbnail gallery search engine

catering to the ass/anal fans will let you know how it turns
out . *grin* .. i've been putting alot of hard work into this
project.. seeing that the script that im using for the site
is one i developed myself .. so this site may be my best work
yet.. i like the way its going so far.

What are your hobbies?
My Hobbies .. damn you people love asking hard questions ! lol
... hmm do i have a hobby .... im around my computer at least
18 hrs a day .. i guess i would say web development especially
if it involves php programming .. activity wise.. i like playing
basketball .. oh and did i forget to mention sex *tongue*
7.) Are you married? Have a girlfriend or boyfriend? Or
both? *giggle*
LOL @ married & girlfriend .. Ive been single for
6 yrs going onto 7 .. damn i need to get out more.
8.) How much time would you say you spend working in a
day and do you take regular vacations?
I spend about 18-20 hrs a day working .. as for vacations
i havent had one in like 7 yrs .. dont ask me why .. thats just
the way things are at the moment ..
9.) Is there anything personal or professional that you
would like to add or that you would like others to know about
you?
Im the hottest guy on ratedhot ( i know somebody gonna kill
me for saying that).. lol .. ah im pretty much an easy going
person ..easy to talk to.. likes to laugh .. when it comes to
work im pretty much.
10.) What's the one thing you like best about Rated Hot?
Other than wanting to sleep in marsha's bed ( im cummin
baby) .. there isnt any other webmaster board that makes you
feel as part of the family .. the coolest people .. you get
treated with respect whether you're a regular member or just
a newbie ..
