1.) What exactly is it that you do in the Adult Industry?
What company do you currently work for? What's your job title
or duties?
What a great question! The answer is still a work in progress. I have a very varied set of skills. I’m probably best known for TGP and MGP gallery submitting for clients. I also do some video editing and image correction. I write text copy for paysites, press releases, promotional material, and I still find enough time to moderate XNations.com. I have been fortunate to pick up a great number of skills in my short time in the industry. Even in
my previous vocation, which was dentistry, I strived for excellence in as many areas as possible.
2.) When did you actually get started in the industry?
What time is it now? I started part-time in late 2001.
3.) If you could change one thing about the Adult Industry
what would it be and why?
Raise the maturity level in general. To call this industry of ours the “adult” industry, often seems like an oxymoron.
4.) What advice would you offer to anyone that's just
starting out in the industry?
RUN AWAY! RUN VERY FAST!!! No seriously… Start small and take your time.
Everyone must learn to crawl before they walk. Spend the time required to learn the various business models and how to generate your own traffic. Afterall, it’s all about the traffic.
Always present yourself in a professional manner. I like to goof off and have fun, just as much as everyone else, yet I still always receive many compliments on my level of professionalism. Be aware that there is always someone somewhere watching everything you do. If your actions might possibly be regretted down the road, it’s very simple… Don’t do it
5.) Tell us about any sites you might operate or that
you're most proud of.
I keep myself busy with a variety of projects both adult and mainstream. Most recently, mobile phone content has been occupying a lot of my time, as well as preparing the launch of a paysite. Watch for a major announcement coming soon! *wink*

What are your hobbies?
Sex, but considering the industry we are in, that's a given. I enjoy any outdoor activity that will give me an adrenaline rush as well as any games played with balls. :p I enjoy reading and learning. I see my life as a constant quest for more knowledge.
7.) Are you married? Have a girlfriend or boyfriend? Or
both? *giggle*
Married - No. Boyfriend - Yes. Girlfriend - Not telling.
8.) How much time would you say you spend working in a
day and do you take regular vacations?
How many hours again are there in a day? Sometimes it seems I work 60 hours in a day. I always try to budget my time wisely, but it seldom works out that way.
Vacation? I am unfamiliar with this terminology. Until my quest to rule the world has been realized, I hath no time for such nonsense.
9.) Is there anything personal or professional that you
would like to add or that you would like others to know about
you?
I feel strongly about giving something back to the community. I have learned so much from so many great people. The industry is in a state of change. I truly believe there's still an obscene amount of money to be made in this industry. Working together, as opposed to competing against one another, is going to be vital to the future of our industry.
10.) What's the one thing you like best about Rated Hot?
