1.) What exactly is it that you do in the Adult Industry?
What company do you currently work for? What's your job title
or duties?
My main job is Web Designer for my company 3xwebdesign since 1996. And for more than one year now, I am the promoter of QWEBEC Expo webmaster event in Quebec city Canada, and the next one in New York City in October.
2.) When did you actually get started in the industry?
I began in 1996 when an Adult Industry specialized lawfirm called me to redo their website. After this some webmasters and program owners started to contact me to redo their sites… I had my big break in 99 when Penthouse's Magazine photograpegr Carl Wachter got me to redo his website. We are still working together and since then I redid many Penthouse Pets' websites… I found a niche and I made it my speciality!
3.) If you could change one thing about the Adult Industry
what would it be and why?
The main "thing" that annoy me a bit is that or "ADULT" industry is runned by Kids…. Also I would change that Bad Attitude that many people feel obligated to have cause now they are "working" in "The Industry". Ho, also that PIMP thing… What is that? Why as an industry we seams to Glorify the PIMP like the HipHop one does?? … Those guys put girls to work on the streets, exploit and sometimes beat them … Man…
4.) What advice would you offer to anyone that's just
starting out in the industry?
Go to each and every shows small or big as you can ;) This is the best way to network and gain lots of contacts in a short time period. Stay honest and step up to your words. We have the chance to work in the only industry in the world which have our business models, where everones are competitors but everybody helps everybody… Wlak straight ALL THE TIME, this community is very thight knitten, and if you screw someone, you reputation will be destroyed inless time than you need to say SEX .. haha If you do well, you'll make it and always take exemple on the REAL BIG BOYS… You don't need to play the PLAYA.. The real players in this Biz, you don't see them, they are very discreet and almost all ofthem are real gentlemen. I never saw Mister Ron Levi playing "the Playa".
5.) Tell us about any sites you might operate or that
you're most proud of.
Well, actually I concentrate my effort in our upcoming events in September and October, so I must say that I am pretty proud of these websites (qwebec.com, bestadultawards.com, nycexpo.net)

What are your hobbies?
Actually, my work is my prefered hobby… When I have spare time I "work" on projects that I really love. Beside that I love to play golf in the summer and to go ski in wintertime. We are pretty spoiled on Ski resorts and conditions here, despite the cold in January.
7.) Are you married? Have a girlfriend or boyfriend? Or
both? *giggle*
I have the same girlfriend for 4 years some now and she does supports me in what I do. She is very open minded and sh'es not scarred at all letting me go to foreign conventions…
8.) How much time would you say you spend working in a
day and do you take regular vacations?
A regular day for me is about 14-16 hours except on Saturday where it can be only 6-8 hours depending on the season and the weather.
9.) Is there anything personal or professional that you
would like to add or that you would like others to know about
you?
That I have a huge… No I can't say that here..
10.) What's the one thing you like best about Rated Hot?
Too manythings to list them all, but the first one would be the friendly attitude of all the Hotties and also the respect that each Hotties are giving to each other…
