1.) What exactly is it that you do in the Adult Industry?
What company do you currently work for? What's your job title
or duties?
I own and operate free sites, pay sites/affiliate program and a message board. My company's name is BJ Entertainment which I am the President. My job titles are managing all my sites, sales/marketing and moderator.
2.) When did you actually get started in the industry?
I got into the Adult Industry about 2 years ago. I had a friend that was in it and I found it really interesting. So I started helping him out on his free site and studying the market. And also at that time had to learn HTML and everything else about programming.
3.) If you could change one thing about the Adult Industry
what would it be and why?
One thing??? Well there's actually a couple things I would like to change but the one I'll choose will be, this is for the pay site owners, there's too much FREE shit out there!!! I ask alot of people that are porn freaks why they don't pay for any memberships at pay sites and they say "why pay when I can get it for FREE!!" When you hear shit like that you wonder why your still doing the pay site part of the biz.
4.) What advice would you offer to anyone that's just
starting out in the industry?
Study the market!!!! Make sure you know what you want to do and how you want to do it. Have a biz plan and stick to it and don't give up. There is money to be made in this biz but you have to treat this as a real business.
5.) Tell us about any sites you might operate or that
you're most proud of.
I am very proud of my very own message board: TalkYourShit.com I like it so much because there are so many cool members there. Also the name kicks ass.

What are your hobbies?
My hobbies are, well I like to golf. I enjoy going out to California every year and golfing some of the best courses in the world. Also I like to hang out with my friends and of course women!!
7.) Are you married? Have a girlfriend or boyfriend? Or
both? *giggle*
Are you asking for yourself princess??? No, I do not have a girlfriend. I am a single man ladies. I have fun living a bachelor life.
8.) How much time would you say you spend working in a
day and do you take regular vacations?
Well I spend atleast 8 hours a day on the computer. I try not to work to much on the weekends but I might put in about 2-4 hours on the weekend days. I try to take vacations. Usually a vacation for me would be to take off a Saturday.
9.) Is there anything personal or professional that you
would like to add or that you would like others to know about
you?
I'm an excellent money manager. I like to invest my money into real estate and the stock market. Been investing since I was 14 years old. One day I want to start some type of Financial Institute. A business that helps people save for retirement, understand the rules of investing, get them started to a financial freedom life, the power of compound interest, etc.
10.) What's the one thing you like best about Rated Hot?
Rated Hot is a really useful site. The board members are really cool and helpful. But the best thing about Rated Hot is, of course, the one and only "princess."
