1.) What exactly is it that you do in the Adult Industry?
What company do you currently work for? What's your job title
or duties?
I am Sponsor Representative for TabooRevenue. I sell hosted affiliate tracking accounts and affiliate program promotion and marketing services. I also act as consultant and a point of contact if there is ever a question or issue with an account. Besides that, I also manage the office, do human resources and a multitude of other tasks. :)
2.) When did you actually get started in the industry?
In January 2003 we began discussing the idea of developing a division of the company that targetted and catered directly to the adult clientele that had been coming to us periodically since our start in 1998. After an increase in adult account inquiries, ironing out the details and legalities and aligning ourselves with organizations such as the ASACP, we hired a designer and went to work on our sites in April 2003.
3.) If you could change one thing about the Adult Industry
what would it be and why?
Egos. Those who were in this industry when there was plenty of easy money to be made, have made their place and think or present themselves as though they are all, have all and know all. It is gut wrenching. Egos stand in the way of real business and real relationships. It may be because I'm young or think utopically, but I truly feel if there were less egos, business would be conducted much more smoothly and there would be much less drama. :)
4.) What advice would you offer to anyone that's just
starting out in the industry?
Join a few good forums, attend shows, get good legal counsel (one who practices within the adult industry), ask plenty of questions and LISTEN to the answers. None of us are too big or brilliant to listen to and take some one else's advice. And, be real. Don't be or try to be someone or something you are not.
5.) Tell us about any sites you might operate or that
you're most proud of.
Within our adult division, we have TabooTracking.com, which sells our affiliate software for installation on the client server, and TabooRevenue.com, our hosted, network package. Both are everchanging and growing. TabooTracking is my baby, though, because I worked so closely with the developer on the design and the text.

What are your hobbies?
I love to dance, go to concerts and watch local bands. I think I'm a closet groupie! LOL
7.) Are you married? Have a girlfriend or boyfriend? Or
both? *giggle*
I have a boyfriend.
8.) How much time would you say you spend working in a
day and do you take regular vacations?
I wear several hats so what I don't get to accomplish during the 8 hours in office, I try to catch up on in a few hours at home. If, of course, my men will let me.
9.) Is there anything personal or professional that you
would like to add or that you would like others to know about
you?
No, not really. What you see is what you get with me. :)
10.) What's the one thing you like best about Rated Hot?
I have to pick one thing. Hmmmm....The people, of course! Rated Hot was the first board I joined and was met with warm and open arms by the whole community. It was more than just the canned "Welcome". There was feeling behind it!
